Coni provided a gentle and safe space where I could talk about anything, while focussing on what my goals were. She used some really powerful Time Line Therapy and Submodalities elicitation techniques to really help me see how and where my subconscious mind was holding me back. These techniques freed up my thought patterns and showed me how I could reframe things to help me reach self acceptance.
My mindset has been transformed in so many ways and areas. I now believe I deserve to feel fulfilled in my work, my art/creativity and cherished in my personal life. I carve out time for myself to be creative and I’ve learned to write down my thoughts, either in preparation for communicating with others or as a useful journaling exercise.
I feel like a different person since working with Coni. She gently guided me to understand the source of my feelings and issues, while keeping me focused on a positive outcome. I hold recognised certifications from leading industry bodies including the American Board of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (ABNLP), the American Board of Hypnotherapy (ABH) and the Time Line Therapy (TLT) Association. I am a certified Mindset, Self-Care and NLP Coach, Hypnosis and Time Line Therapy Practitioner. I am also a Mindset Dimensions Practitioner enabling me to incorporate the use of an International Coach Federation (ICF) accredited psychometric profiling tool into my coaching practice measuring all 7 dimensions of mindset.
I understand that balancing work, family and other commitments can be challenging. That's why I offer flexible scheduling options, including evening and weekend appointments. Additionally, virtual coaching sessions provide convenience and flexibility, allowing you to participate from the comfort of your home or office.
Confidentiality and privacy are paramount in coaching. I adhere to strict ethical guidelines and professional standards to ensure that your information remains confidential and secure at all times. Your trust and confidentiality are of the utmost importance to me.
The timeline for seeing results from coaching varies depending on factors such as the complexity of your goals, your level of commitment and the frequency of sessions. Many clients start to notice positive changes within a few weeks to a few months of coaching. Consistency and commitment to the process are key factors in achieving lasting results.
